Role Overview

At the beginning of 2016 we launched our German office in Munich, and the success of this office to date means that we are now looking to expand and grow our account management team. We are looking for an organised, proactive and positive individual with experience of project and account management from an agency environment.

Candidates must have great communication skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. You must have an excellent understanding of marketing and experience as a senior account executive or account manager for anagency.

Role

  • Experience working in account management at either another creative agency or as a marketing manager at a brand
  • Evidence of taking responsibility and leading projects while keeping stakeholders (internal & external) informed
  • Project management experience, including timeline, content and status reports
  • Excellent timekeeping skills and the ability to prioritise within a busy studio environment
  • Show a clear understanding of how to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience briefing and working with a creative team
  • Ability to solve and overcome complex problems and work on numerous projects at the same time
  • Experience and passion for business development, you should be able to provide a record of having worked on successful sales presentations and pitches
  • Have managed multiple marketing budgets
  • Have contributed to marketing and roll out strategy for international brands
  • Be a native German speaker with fluent English (excellent written German and English skills are an essential requirement and will be tested at interview stage)
  • Have a passion for sport/outdoor/fitness and the sports industry (as a spectator or participant)

Individual Requirements

  • Be instrumental in the success and growth of an industry leading marketing agency.
  • Work with our industry leading designers’ to create and deliver campaigns on a global level.
  • Be responsible for and manage client based projects ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Build relationships and partnerships with our suppliers and clients
  • Develop and grow accounts within assigned targets
  • Spread the Brandwave love by contributing to our marketing through the development of blogs and social posts
  • Become a real member of the Brandwave team, contributing to the office on a holistic level

Compensation

  • Competitive Salary, dependent on experience

  • Holiday for our entire team if our annual targets are met (previous trips have included long weekends surfing in Morocco, skiing in Chamonix and hiking and windsurfing in Ireland).
