Requirements

As our new Account Manager, you will have….

A passion and a deep understanding of the sports & outdoor industries.

Three years industry experience either agency side or working at a brand in a Marketing Exec or similar role.

Solid background in delivering 360 campaigns, activations, content creation and retained PR services.

Strong media relationships across the sport, outdoor, fitness and travel markets.

Desire to work closely alongside the some of the best brands in the sports & outdoor industry.

A creative mind combined with experience in taking a pragmatic approach to project delivery.

A good eye for detail.

Significant experience of managing your own workflow in a fast-moving environment.

An ability to work collaboratively with strong communication skills.

Plenty of initiative to work with full autonomy.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible and expected to…

 

Manage and grow accounts, build strong relationships with your clients.

Deliver outstanding client facing project work.

Attend key industry events in UK & Europe when required.

Work closely with the internal creative team and external suppliers to ensure that all client projects and internal marketing campaigns are delivered to the highest possible standard.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of your projects, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Remain on top of industry trends and best practice, sharing knowledge and insights.

Support delivery of the agency press office function – monitor media coverage and report on PR campaign performance per client.

Manage kit requests and press seeding.

Develop and maintain relationships with influencers & brand ambassadors.

Support the co-ordination of influencer campaigns, including some contract negotiation, product seeding and performance tracking.

Write and distribute press releases, media kits and other PR materials.

Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and industry analysts.

Contract & Salary

Full time, hybrid role with a competitive salary on an initial one-year contract.
